Viet-Yummy!

Not typically a restaurant that I'd search out on my own, but once introduced to it by a friend I'm addicted. The tofu and vegetable dishes are crazy good (I did not try the meat, but it looked good, too). And don't get me started on their potatoes - amazing! The buffet is only during the weekdays and is a deal under $10. I'm told that ordering off the menu provides much tasty goodness, too. My recommendation is to get a gaggle of friends and try it out one day for lunch. You won't be sorry. (But carpool 'cause parking can be tricky - and besides, it just good to do.)

best vegetarian vietnamese dishes ever!

every time i find myself in east Dallas, i have to visit Vietnam. i always order the same thing - tofu vermicelli (hold the fish sauce). i only wish i could prepare this at home! Start with an order of tofu spring rolls. you wont be disappointed.
