A trip down memory lane.

Having lived outside Vietnam for so many year your spring rolls really took me back to my childhood in Saigon during the war where every Sunday my mum would cook something special for us i.e Spring roll (Cha gio), served with boiled rice noodle (Bun) and loads of fresh herbs, lettuce and mouth watering nuoc mam (dipping fish sauce). Your spring rolls tasted just like my mum used to make. BRILLIANT!!!
