Great Food, Friendly StaffHaving worked downtown for a number of years, I have had the opportunity to dine at numerous downtown establishments. Even at noon hour when the restaurant is packed full of customers, the Oriental Phoenix delivers great food at reasonable prices. They have an extensive menu, and food is served extremely quickly (often in less than 5 minutes), even at peak lunch times. One can dine here for under $10 for a very filling lunch.
